Set amongst sprawling West Yorkshire Moorland, Craiglands Farm has been the home of Sue and Harvey for over 29 years.
With access to over 200 acres of magnificent farmland, the two have successfully created a training establishment to compete at the highest level.
The yard has its own gallops, an All Weather gallop that measures at just over 3 miles round and endless acres of moorland.
The undulations are ideal for training horses for stamina and catering to the individual needs of each horse with 10 schooling fences sitting right alongside the final 7f straight stretch of the AW gallop.
There are 60 loose boxes and a number of larger boxes that can cater for all stages of training which combined with a number of loose yards means we have space for up to 80 horses at any one time. The indoor school can be used for warm ups and during inclement weather whilst also providing an excellent place for the younger horses to start their career.
At our disposal we have three horse walkers and a treadmill to aid the pre-training of horses returning from their summer breaks but also for the recuperation of horses that have been suffering from setbacks.
